1. Introduction

• "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole transaction currency on okbaje.

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on okbaje. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identity information — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances held within them.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide complete and accurate registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information current. okbaje is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated account information, including delayed withdrawals caused by KYC failures.

4.3 Account Credentials

7. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their available balance (excluding locked bonus funds) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are only processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit on the same account (the "source of funds" requirement).
• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

okbaje offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded on okbaje are subject to wagering requirements. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount plus bonus) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. 8.2 Game Contributions

8.3 Bonus Abuse

8.4 Bonus Expiry

9. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports and events betting on okbaje:

• All bets are placed at your own risk. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless okbaje specifically offers a cash-out or bet-edit feature for that particular market.
• okbaje reserves the right to suspend or close any betting market at any time prior to the event commencing, without prior notice.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (palpable error), okbaje reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price, irrespective of whether the bet appears to have won.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.

• Live (in-play) betting markets are settled based on the official result at the conclusion of the relevant event or period. Any delay in the transmission of live data does not affect the validity of accepted bets.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport as published on the platform.

10. Casino Game Rules

12. Responsible Gaming

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including winnings — may be forfeited at okbaje's discretion, particularly where the balance was derived from prohibited conduct. Where an account is closed for administrative or regulatory reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following satisfactory KYC completion.

13.1 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager). okbaje will notify you via your registered contact details before applying any dormant account fee. A monthly dormant account administration fee of ৳100 (or the remaining balance if less than ৳100) may be applied until either the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero.

14. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any platform content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any platform software
• Use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from okbaje
• Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice from any platform content

Any unauthorised use of okbaje's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okbaje's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okbaje account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

okbaje is not liable for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses, even if okbaje has been advised of the possibility of such losses
• Service interruptions caused by third-party payment processors, internet service providers, mobile network operators, or game providers
